lol the tale about the ugly duckling is from about ~'95. And if you see screens from KDE desktops from that time you realize they were STILL better looking than winboozez. 
And I haven't seen windows to show off a 3D file manager or Internet browser? hm? Latest KDE is far better looking than Vista... Damn even the shell's better than the Command Prompt. Except for smarter. So... try linux at least, THEN tell whatever thoughts you have to others. Don't judge before you know exactly what you're talking about. It's plain stupidity.
